Public access does not mean unrestricted use. Ownership SCOPERR logos, icons, marks, visual effects, case-study images, blog images, social images, and related brand materials remain the property of SCOPERR or its applicable right holders. Public access to a file does not transfer ownership and does not create an unrestricted license. Allowed use You may use the official SCOPERR assets only when the use is accurate, fair, professional, and directly related to SCOPERR. Allowed examples: - Referencing SCOPERR in a news article, directory, review, case study, partner page, vendor listing, or business profile. - Linking to SCOPERR from an approved client, partner, press, marketplace, or professional platform page. - Showing SCOPERR’s official identity when discussing SCOPERR’s services, products, public work, or published case studies. - Using case-study images only when they accurately support the relevant SCOPERR case-study page or related SCOPERR-approved material. - Showing blog images only when directly linking to or discussing the original SCOPERR article. Specific rules by asset type Brand assets SCOPERR logos, icons, marks, and favicons may be used only to accurately identify SCOPERR. They may not be changed, distorted, recolored, used as another brand identity, or used to imply false endorsement. Case-study images Case-study images may be used only for accurate references to the official SCOPERR case study, SCOPERR’s work, or an approved client/partner mention. They must not be reused as generic product, dashboard, SaaS, AI, fintech, startup, or agency marketing visuals. Blog images Blog images may be shown only when directly linking to or discussing the original SCOPERR article. They may not be copied, republished, modified, used as another article’s cover, used in ads, used in newsletters, used in standalone social posts, or added to stock/template libraries without written permission. Visual effects SCOPERR visual effects and brand scenes belong to SCOPERR’s visual system. They may not be reused as another company’s look and feel, template background, design asset pack, or generic visual system. Asset handling rules - Do not distort, recolor, crop, redraw, remix, or recreate the SCOPERR logo or icon. - Do not place the SCOPERR logo in a way that suggests false endorsement. - Do not use SCOPERR assets more prominently than your own brand unless SCOPERR has approved that use. - Do not use old downloaded copies if SCOPERR has published a newer approved version. - Do not remove credit or surrounding SCOPERR context from case-study or blog references. - Do not use these assets in a way that damages, confuses, or misrepresents the SCOPERR brand.
